Other documents are often stored as pdf documents. To be able to read them, install the free reader:

Choose from the View window the type of document you want to see (Photo, drawing, etc)

Click the two pencil icon to add comments

Click on a column heading to sort by date, size, etc

Enter dates or words in the search box to find specific items
