We are an Architectural/Engineering Studio that specializes in helping non residents of Costa Rica who wish to design and build a home in this country.

We use all the modern telecomunication tools to help our clients stay in touch with their project as it develops. Our range of services extends from just preliminary plant layouts to complete project design including construction permit, selection and hiring of contractors, funds management and final inspection and delivery of the finished home.
